After dialing in his first bow in the Black Rifle Coffee Company parking lot in 2020, Dan Horgan, a retired TACP and JTAC with a long career in the Air Force and Baltimore PD—found something unexpected in the release: peace. Archery became his reset button. From running events for BRCC to shooting nearly every Total Archery Challenge from 2020 to 2022, and helping lead the first three Veteran Adaptive Athlete Shoots, Dan’s path was clear—archery wasn’t just a hobby, it was healing.

Bethany Horgan, currently serving on active duty orders in the Air Guard as an E-8 (and yes, she outranks Dan), joined the archery journey in 2021. Married since 2001, this veteran duo built Arrow and Honor Co. as a way to fuse faith, family, patriotism, and the great outdoors into a lifestyle brand for those who still carry the fire.
